TPS Consultants were instructed to provide traffic and transport advice for proposals to develop allocated land emcompassed by Nepshaw Lane, Asquith Avenue and Gelderd Road at Gildersome, Leeds.
In total proposals by three separate developers are planned to contain some 1.032 million sq ft of mixed use floor space. TPS provided a range of advice including junction capacity assessments, stakeholder negotiations (including LPA & HA), section 106 negotiations, and framework travel plan development.
