TPS have been instructed by Taylor Wimpy North Yorkshire to advice on the traffic and transportation aspects of proposals for a residential development of land at Longlands Campus, Middlesbrough.

Proposals for the site, which will consist of 144 dwellings, are to be supported by a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan.

TPS have been appointed by Sabre Structures Ltd to develop a travel plan and transport statement in support of a new unit on Bretton Park Way in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.

Consisting of 426sqm of office space and 2579sqm of industrial space the site will accommodate the growth and relocation of Sabre Structures existing steel manufacturing operations .

Following the successful change of use application for Veolia Buses on Abbeyfield Road in Nottingham TPS have been instructed once again by Veolia to prepare a transport statement for a second bus depot in Nottingham. The bus depot will again be a change of use, this time from a food distribution warehouse.
