TPS have been appointed to implement a Travel Plan programme at the Allens West residential development in Stockton-on-Tees, on behalf of developers Taylor Wimpey and the Home Group.
Allens West is a new neighbourhood of 845 dwellings, being developed on a former Ministry of Defence site. TPS have been appointed to implement all elements of the required Travel Plan strategy, for a minimum period of 10-years.
Utilising our industry leading Travel Choices tools, a range of measures will initially be delivered at the site, including a bespoke Travel Choices website, guide and regular communications via topical Travel Choices newsletters. Use of sustainable travel options will also be incentivised through the offer of a bus pass or bike voucher, administered by the Travel Choices team at TPS.
The need and demand for additional actions, delivered as part of the comprehensive Travel Plan programme, will be identified through annual monitoring and resident engagement, unlocking opportunities to maximise the use of local sustainable travel opportunities amongst residents.
TPSs appointment at Allens West is the latest in a wave of new residential Travel Plan projects being delivered by our experienced team.
