We are thrilled that our recent work to support a change of use application for Leeds Trinity University has seen them achieve planning permission for an exciting new city centre site. The former office building at No.1 Trevelyan Square will undergo an extensive refurbishment to house new teaching space and high-quality student facilities. Being just minutes from Leeds railway station, in the heart of the city, staff and students will benefit from fantastic options for sustainable transport, with frequent rail and bus services linking the new facilities with the main campus at Horsforth.
Working alongside planners, Arup, and architects, Jefferson Sheard, TPS prepared the Transport Statement and Travel Plan that accompanied the application.
